ZOLL emsCharts NOW is a software as a service (SaaS) that requires no on-premise servers or architecture.

Unsupported environments

ZOLL emsCharts NOW is a mobile application that is available on the iOS (Apple) App Store and the Google Play Store. Installation from any other source is not currently supported. Devices other than iOS and Android mobile phones and tablets are not currently supported.

Examples of unsupported platforms and devices:

• Apple TV

• Apple iWatch

• Apple Mac

• Chromebook / ChromeOS

• Google Pixel watch

Minimum supported version

Current released version downloaded from the iOS (Apple) App Store or the Google Play Store.

Operating System and hardware (devices)

ZOLL emsCharts NOW is designed for targeted operating systems. Although we do not restrict usage of older devices and operating systems meeting the parameters outlined in these hardware/software requirements, there may be some differences in user experience depending on the device and operating system version you are using. We recommend you test any device prior to using it in the field.

Operating System requirements

Targeted (recommended) operating systems:

• iOS version 15+

• Android version 13+

Data capture requirements

Minimum:

• QWERTY keyboard for data input

• Camera for capturing and attaching images

Recommended:

• QWERTY keyboard + HIPAA-compliant voice-to-text functionality (user-installed and user-enabled) for data input

• Auto-focusing camera for Driver's License Scanning and image capture

• Camera with flash for image capture torch functionality
